desire, the manager will set the
preliminary term of delivery. Typical
website creation takes between 1-3
business days, but there can be some
delays if you don't provide the
necessary information, such as correct
contact information or personal files
(texts, images, etc.)
12. How can I check the state of my
order?
Once you have purchased your package you
will be assigned to a project manager
who will email you the test url that
your website will be displayed on. If
you have any questions you can just
email your project manager directly.
13. What do I have to do to avoid
delays and get a desired result?
Please provide correct and full
information about yourself. According to
US legislation your information will not
be used in any way, other than using it
to provide you with the details of your
project. Make sure you have all
necessary information and personal files
(texts, images) that will allow manager
to completely understand your project,
give you the right quote and proceed
with production.
14. What should I do if I sent the
payment but my project is suspended
because of antifraud check?
Please don't worry, this is the usual
procedure. EasyBoyWeb billing officers
suspend all projects for antifraud check
of transaction. Please wait patiently
for an e-mail with further instructions.
Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.
15. What should I do if I do not like
the template tuning result?
If you don't like the results you may
reasonably revise it by demanding the
necessary updates.
16. Will I get the origin of template
back aside from the customized template?
Yes, you will receive your original
template. Once you have accepted the
customization results you will receive
an e-mail with 2 download links. The
first link is for downloading the
customization results, the second link
will be to download your original
template.
17. What if my time zone is different
to yours?

18. How can I chat with manager if my
English is bad?

You may not:
Resell or redistribute templates; Claim
intellectual or exclusive ownership to

unmodified; Make more than one project

so you will have to purchase the same
template again, unless you have
purchased it as a unique template).
20. What is the difference between
the "template price" and the "unique
template price"?
Template price:
This means that it is a non-exclusive
purchase. Other people will be able to
purchase the same template you have
purchased.
Unique template price:
This means that it is an exclusive
purchase. We guarantee you that you will
be the last person able to buy this
template. After an exclusive purchase
occurs the template is permanently
removed from the sales directory and
will never be available to other
customers again. Only you and people who
have bought the template before you will
